Shipping/Handling:
Flee products are shipped USPS Priority Mail within the United States and are shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of order and payment processing; our online ship fees are based on continental US territories. We do accommodate global shipping to our admirers beyond United States, however ship fees abroad are calculated after order are placed; international ship fees applied based on Ship To address and weight; individual product prices do not reflect tax or shipping/handling fees; prices are in US dollars
Purchasing Policy:
Returns/Exchanges: Flee does not accept returned merchandise for payment refund; we will honor an unused merchandise exchange within one month of purchase when accompanied by original product packaging (clear polybag & hang tag), along with receipt or original purchaser name and date of purchase; simply ship the item back to us with a note of your intended exchange, original purchaser information, and contact information. When we receive it we'll contact you with the difference in price and additional shipping fees that will apply; remaining balances on an uneven exchange will be offered in the form of a merchandise credit; additional ship/return and handling fees shall be incurred by the customer and can vary based on weight and destination
Merchandise Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise for up to 30 days* after purchase, and cannot be responsible for wear & tear, weight restrictions and/or inappropriate use or treatment of our merchandise.
* We and/or our manufacturer reserve the right to deny a returned item within 30 days of purchase, due to what we might consider customer negligence
